We are searching for a Finance Manager to join our Tableware team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.

Your Role:

As a Finance Manager in the Tableware BU you will work closely with cross functional team members (Sales, Marketing, and Manufacturing) to manage our P&L's for key profit centers. This position has extensive financial modeling including new products, pricing, and capital acquisition requests. The candidate will also manage our Tableware "Reyvolution" program (cost & revenue programs) where you will present to the Reynolds Executive Leadership Team. This position also has traditional finance duties of budgeting/forecasting and month end analysis. We utilize SAP, Hyperion Essbase, Excedra, and Business Warehouse for our financial systems.

To be considered for the Finance Manager opportunity, candidates should possess:

  • BS/BA in accounting or finance with experience in a manufacturing industry and/or CPG company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills including direct experience in financial modeling.
  • Ability to work with various levels of professionals within the organization.
  • Understanding and managing against company policies/procedures

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Prepare statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenues, and participate in Strategic Planning
  • Determine monthly results, forecasts, annual operating plan and strategic outlooks that allow the business to anticipate future impacts and assist in developing alternative plans
  • Lead evaluation and financial modeling of customer and product profitability for the Tableware BU
  • Set up and oversee SG&A reporting and analysis for Tableware BU and communicate variances to budget and prior year

Ultimately, you will lead cost reduction and process improvement projects, establish system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing business process systems.

We need you to have:

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • CPA certification
